These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickBuy Naija website, mobile application, and services (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("Customer", "User", or "You") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
- Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform.
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.
- Account Registration
- You must create an account to place orders.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You must notify QuickBuy Naija immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- QuickBuy Naija may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Use of the Platform
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the Platform's operations.
- Do not post false information, fraudulent orders, or misleading reviews.
- Orders & Payments
- Orders are binding once confirmed.
- Payments can be made via debit/credit cards, bank transfers, QuickBuy Wallet, or other approved methods.
- QuickBuy Naija may cancel orders due to suspected fraud or product unavailability.
- Refunds for payment errors will follow our Refund Policy.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, vendor, or unforeseen circumstances.
- You must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
- QuickBuy Naija is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or third-party logistics failures.
- Returns & Refunds
- You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery per the Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Perishables, personal care items, and digital products are non-returnable.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.
- Inspect deliveries upon receipt and report issues immediately.
- Use the Platform in good faith and respect vendors, couriers, and support staff.
- Prohibited Activities
- Misusing coupons, vouchers, or promotions.
- Attempting to bypass the Platform to transact directly with vendors.
- Submitting fraudulent chargebacks after receiving products.
- Engaging in abusive behavior toward QuickBuy Naija staff, vendors, or delivery partners.
- Intellectual Property
- All Platform content (logos, trademarks, software, images, text) is owned by QuickBuy Naija or licensed third parties.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.
- Data Protection & Privacy
- We collect and process personal data per our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
- Liability & Disclaimer
- QuickBuy Naija connects vendors and customers; vendors are responsible for product quality.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, product misuse, or losses beyond the product’s value.
- We ensure vendors comply with consumer protection standards.
- Termination of Use
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, breach of Terms, or Platform misuse.
- You may close your account by contacting customer support.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
- Disputes will first be resolved amicably through our support team.
- Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
- Amendments
- We may update these Terms periodically.
- You will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notifications.
- Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
- Acceptance
- By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Data Protection & Privacy Policy
QuickBuy Naija is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers, vendors, and employees, in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
- Information We Collect
- Personal Data: Name, email, phone number, billing/delivery address, payment details.
- Non-Personal Data: Device information, IP addresses, browsing behavior, cookies.
- Vendor Data: Business registration details, product information.
- Employee Data: Employment records, payroll details, performance reports.
- How We Use Information
- Process orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Verify vendor authenticity and prevent fraud.
- Improve customer experience and Platform performance.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Send promotional offers (opt-out available).
- Data Sharing & Disclosure
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- Data may be shared with logistics partners, payment processors, or regulators as required by law.
- Third parties must comply with our confidentiality agreements.
- Data Security
- Data is stored securely with encryption.
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
- Employees sign confidentiality agreements.
- We conduct regular system audits and cybersecurity training.
- Data Retention
- Data is retained as long as necessary to provide services.
- Employment data is retained for 5 years post-termination.
- Unneeded data is securely deleted.
- User Rights

- Breach Notification

Vendor Agreement Policy
This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is between QuickBuy Naija Ventures Ltd. ("the Company") and the Vendor ("the Seller") registering on the Platform. By registering, the Vendor agrees to these terms.
- Vendor Eligibility & Registration
- Provide valid business registration documents (CAC certificate), tax identification (TIN), and government-issued ID.
- Submit accurate product details, pricing, and images.
- Comply with Nigerian consumer protection laws and QuickBuy Naija policies.
- Maintain active communication channels (phone, email, dashboard).
- Product Listing & Quality Standards
- Ensure products are genuine, new, and safe.
- Prohibited: counterfeit, expired, or illegal products (e.g., drugs without NAFDAC approval).
- Product descriptions must be clear and accurate.
- We may review, approve, or delist products at our discretion.
- Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Confirm and ship orders within 24–48 hours.
- Package products securely to avoid damage.
- We may provide logistics support via approved delivery partners.
- Repeated delays may lead to suspension.
- Pricing & Payments
- Vendors set prices but must remain competitive.
- We charge a commission on each sale, based on product category:
- Automotives: 10%
- Beauty and Personal Care: 10%
- Books and Stationeries: 5%
- Electronics and Gadgets: 5%
- Equipment: 5%
- Fashion and Apparel: 10%
- Groceries and Essentials: 5%
- Health and Wellness: 7%
- Home and Living: 10%
- Pet Supplies: 5%
- Properties: 10% (subject to service/listing arrangements)
- Sports and Outdoors: 10%
- Commissions are deducted from sale proceeds before settlement.
- We may adjust commission rates with 14 days’ written notice.
- Commission rates are final unless otherwise communicated in writing.
- All transactions must be processed through the Platform.
- Returns, Refunds & Disputes
- Honor our Return and Refund Policy.
- Accept returns for defective, damaged, or misrepresented items.
- Refunds will be deducted from your account or future payouts.
- Our resolution team’s decisions on disputes are final.
- Vendor Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Maintain a fulfillment rate of at least 90%.
- Keep product return rates below 10%.
- Comply with data protection and privacy requirements.
- Update stock availability regularly.
- Intellectual Property & Branding
- Do not use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without written consent.
- Do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
- You retain product ownership but grant us rights to display, market, and promote them.
- Prohibited Activities
- Selling counterfeit, banned, or illegal goods.
- Manipulating reviews, ratings, or feedback.
- Circumventing the Platform to transact directly with customers.
- Misrepresenting business details or committing financial fraud.
- Penalties & Suspension
- Violations may result in warnings, suspension, account termination, forfeiture of payments, or legal action.
- Data & Confidentiality
- Your data is protected per our Data Protection & Privacy Policy.
- Use customer data only for fulfilling orders.
- Unauthorized use of customer data is prohibited.
- Term & Termination
- This Agreement is valid upon registration and continues until terminated.
- Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
- We may terminate immediately for fraud, illegal goods, or reputational damage.
- Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by Nigerian law.
- Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
- Acceptance
- By registering, you acknowledge and accept this Agreement.
